Chorao Island Red Kernel Rice

This is a variety of traditional and hybrid red kernel rice that is grown on the island. Red kernel rice has high fibre content, essential oils, digestible protein as well as high levels of vitamin B complex.

Some of Goa’s best mancurad mangoes grow on heirloom trees in Chorao, where we ensure that they are naturally ripened (zero chemicals used) and then select only the best (colour, size and flavour) for your table.
